That withholding tax no longer exists. What was decided, when, and the official source we read it in follow - nothing on this page goes beyond that record.
What we are not telling you
This page covers the withholding tax on winnings, because that is what we could source to an official publication with a date. It does not tell you what an individual operator deducts at payout, what tax applies to betting as a trade or profession, or what the operator-side gaming levies are. We have not verified those, so we do not state them.
